The older I get the more I want to simplify my life and sit in a rocking chair on my front porch. and think of the things I miss and want to do. I hope you enjoy reading this post and share a comment.
I want to sit on my porch in a rocking chair, watch the sky change colors as the sun wakes up and peaks over the horizon.
I want take time to notice the little things, like flowers, butterflies, rainbows and the hummingbirds that visit my backyard.
I want to hang out with friends, chat about life, drink coffee and eat homemade cookies whenever.
I want stay up all night and read a book, then take a nap on the couch with my dog.
I want the freedom to be myself without explanation.
I want to get in my car and drive wherever I want, whenever I want.
I want to turn on the radio and dance in my living room just for fun.
I want to enjoy writing and not worrying if its good enough for an agent or publisher.
I want to enjoy my life, live simply, have peace, contentment and good friends.
